The internal EPS core with a density of only 15 Kg /m3 is extremely compact thanks to the use of a special mould. This unique mould creates a perfectly sealed surface in which the epoxy resin penetrates the layup up up to the right amount, creating the perfect bond between all the layers.

For additional reinforcements without significantly increasing weight, a 3mm PVC layer is added to the deck to maximize impact resistance, as well as keeping the structure as light as possible while a full bamboo bottom sandwich layer creates the perfect fusion between the ding and the dent on the bottom of the table. The entire structure is then completely covered with a layer of biaxal fibers 160 grams that combines a mix between the carbon fibers and those of Innegra.
