Radial rolling tracks where the Balls are placed in order to roll more deeply into the raceway channels than weaker models with shallow groove. This mechanism, reduces damage from axial and angular lateral impact and breakage, being the balls placed in smooth and fast surfaces.

Micro-Groove Raceway surfaces for self-leveling thanks to microscopic linear raceway grooved surfaces that improve spin and lubrication of bearings. Micro grooves increase rotation by eliminating standing waves of lubricant right in front of the rolling ball.

Max Cage Design Impact (Nylon Cage Protection)

High speed ceramic oil (Oil is mixed with nano-ceramic for anti-wear protection of bearings and increased speed).

These bearings are hand controlled for 100% quality. Inspected twice with ultrasonic solvent and micro-polishing, washed 3 times before final lubrication.

Packaged in a shrink wrapper filled with nitrogen, which reduces the oxidation of metal and oil until the moment they will be used.
