With the new Bataleon Carver, you can really put your foot down and take turns. Wide, stiff and fast, but always smooth and elegant. Fun is guaranteed.
Thanks to 3BT™, it can afford to be a little wider than a typical carving board, which provides greater flotation, while the central part of the base, which is narrow, speeds up edge transitions and keeps friction to a minimum .
Riding style
With the Carver, you can unleash your latest carving tricks all over the mountain or simply hurtle down the slopes full throttle old-school style. No tailing due to materials that are too soft, always only rigid edges.
Form
The Carver has a new directional shape with a slight taper. The Directional 3BT™ is quite narrow, while the lift of the SideKicks™ is slightly more pronounced on the nose than on the tail. SideKick™ Tips increase edge lift at the widest points of the tip and tail to initiate turns even easier, for more float and better handling on difficult terrain.
Profile
The Directional 3BT™ has a relatively narrow midsole and also features a little more edge lift in the nose than in the tail. This provides extra float when you're in pow. The High Camber is perfectly calibrated for aggressive and powerful shredding.
Flex
The stiff flex (7/10) is perfect for carving and powder.
Structure
The Light Core is made of poplar and paulownia wood and offers an optimal balance between weight and performance. The carbon reinforcements provide even more pop and allow you to press in total control. The triaxial fiberglass laminate makes the board strong, light and responsive. The Dual Radial Super Tube Upgrade consists of six hollow carbon tubes for extra power transmission along the edges. The Hyper Glide S sintered base is hard and fast and stays that way if it is well maintained.
