DESCRIPTION

Made in our specific technology called Injected Carbon, our wings and stabilizers are very tough and very durable. This technology makes our IC6 wings a lot more ding resistant than conventional carbon wings. The front wing has a metal insert at its core to provide extra resistance and better stiffness. The wing is bolted to the fuselage using two in-line and two offseted screws, resulting in a connection geometry that ensures a very solid and stiff assembly.

The fuselage and mast are made of aluminium. The mast plugs directly into the fuselage and at the top, a a tuttle head is fasten to make the foil compatible with most windfoiling boards.

Equipped with the 80cm windfoiling aluminium fuselage, the IC6 foil provides a stable and balanced setup. This foil is not only versatile but it’s also very intuitive and predictable. The take-off is really progressive, the ride in the air super smooth. You have complete control on the speed and on your path.

The front wing area is 950cm² which is ideal for a wide range of use. With more lift, the IC6 V3 is easier than ever to learn on and have fun whatever your foiling level. Using careful design, it can fly at very low speed but it can also accelerate with great maneuverability and a fantastic carving potential.

The IC6 950 V3 is designed for anyone looking for a first foil purchase or simply for a versatile setup able to deliver tons of fun on the water.

TITAN CONNECTION

The TITAN connection enables a very stiff and direct connection between two parts, locking efficiently any movement in all directions.

Its format is compact which is hydrodynamically friendly and very easy to use, assemble and disassemble.

PRE-PREG

With Pre-preg fabrics, the carbon fiber is directly impregnated with epoxy resin by its manufacturer; this guarantees a perfect ratio between epoxy and carbon, and represents the highest quality process.

Quality control is much better and so is the working environment for the people building our foils. Pre-Preg fabrics offer the lightest weight with the best mechanical properties of carbon fiber.

MONOBLOC STRUCTURE

Having a stiff and solid assembly between all the parts of the foil, is key to making it perform at its best as well as easy to handle.

The connection of the front wing with the fuselage is highly stressed and loaded, it is one of the critical area of the assembly in terms of structures.

The MONOBLOC wings are molded together with the fuselage in one shot, thereby removing the connection and the chances for unwanted and parasitic movements.

The structural fibers of the fuselage are spread into the wing to achieve the most natural, sound and light connection.

It is also incredibly stiff and provide absolute control at all times, with the foil responding perfectly to all of the riders input.

When the overall dimensions are too large for convenient transportation, a connection is set into the fuselage, behind the mast where the loads are smaller.

TITAN MAST FOOT

The TITAN mast foot is the connecting part that makes the F-ONE aluminium masts compatible with all TITAN fuselages and wings.

It is made of 6061 aluminium, CNC machined with high precision and fully anodized. To install the TITAN mast foot, it should be inserted into the bottom end of the aluminium mast and fastened with two M6x25mm tapered head screws.

 

STAB C300 V.2

Versatile and progressive, the C300 stabilizer can be combined with any front wings and fits a very large range of practices.

Equipped with generous winglets, the stabilizer blade offers fantastic control with enough surface area to provide full confidence in all situations.

Built in Pre-Preg Carbon and designed to be securely mounted on F-ONE fuselages, its profile and angle of incidence were tuned to achieve a very intuitive balance which will help you get your foiling maneuvers in more easily.

ALU MAST 85 Wind

The F-ONE Windfoil Aluminium mast is designed specifically to withstand the stronger loads created when windfoiling.

Using the same kind of profile as the standard aluminium mast, it has a larger chord and a reinforced section to cope with the higher stresses. The profile thickness remains identical to maintain the efficiency in the water. On the water, the F-ONE Windfoil Aluminium mast delivers a very direct and solid feel with the foil with great glide.

Using a specific mast foot with the Titan connection, the mast can be fasten onto most of the F-ONE front wings / planes. A deep tuttle top head is available to connect the mast to a large variety of windfoil boards. It is available in 85cm length.

 

LEVO CARBON 900 Front wing

The Levo Carbon 900 is not only truly glamorous to look at, it is also ultra-rigid from the wing to the mast to provide unmatched control and a very crisp feel of the foil.

The hydrodynamic design uses a slim racing profile with a high aspect ratio to reduce the drag. Twisted wing tips further helps with the tip vortex reduction. The mast position has been refined through testing with a variety of riders, boards and rigs to provide the most intuitive balance whatever the speed you’re flying at.
