Swing Wing V3 2023 F-One
This new Swing V3 benefits from the same advances, in terms of fabrics and assemblies, as the rest of the Strike range. It nevertheless remains one of the lightest and most manageable wings for a freeride and wave program from beginner to expert. For this SWING V3, F-one worked on its feeling of lightness and oriented its program towards surfing and downwind. Three axes to achieve this: the fabric, the placement of these fabrics and the design in order to improve performance and durability. Like the Strike, we find the ripstop for the spinnaker and our new HITEX. The inflatable structure of the SWING V3 is in HITEX 158g and 178g. This brand new high tenacity polyester exclusive to F-ONE offers great resistance to elongation and therefore greater durability and new performance. These new fabrics and their placement in the wing allow better control of the profile for great stability and good balance, but above all also extend its life. The SWING V3 has our new spinnaker NANO. This innovative micro ripstop polyester in 55g is used on the entire spinnaker surface of the wings. It benefits from a NANO coating and a Plasma treatment process which provides rigidity, resistance to elongation and tearing, and increased durability. Thanks to Sail Engineering, the SWING V3 benefits from a new radial cut and Staggered Seams. In terms of design, this wing has a reduced wingspan to make it manageable in maneuvers and surfs; any change of direction is facilitated. You can concentrate on your trajectories, the course of the wave, and the control of your foil without having to check that the wingtips do not touch the water. The surfs or downwinds are pure pleasure with the feeling of not having a wing in your hands. Its compact side coupled with a new more powerful profile gives it an excellent planing start with easy pumping. This will allow every rider, whatever their level, to use a smaller wing surface for even more maneuverability. Its traction can also allow you to use a smaller board to be even more free in your surfing. Thanks to all the progress in materials and design, the SWING V3 is super stable and balanced, and retains a certain softness in its traction. It is a wing that will cap easily without excessive speed but with a good angle before being forgotten in freefly. It is also perfect for attempting and passing all maneuvers such as jibes and turns, 360, etc.
